You may use the included owner's insurance (up to ¥800,000 deductible), or you may use your personal insurance if it covers the value of the car. If you wish to use your own insurance, please prepare a copy of your policy in advance.
In order to make a booking, you must be a holder of a local Japanese driver's license or a valid International Driver's Permit. With a few exceptions, all cars are Automatic therefore a Manual license is not required.
