Private Circuit Event

- 8:45-9:15 Check-in

- 9:30-10:00 Driver Orientatation  

- 10:30-12:00 Circuit Sessions (2 groups with 3 x 15 minute sessions on the circuit per driver/car)

        -Group A 10:30-10:45 (15 minute session), Group B 10:45-11:00 (15 minute session), alternating till 12:00

        -Both groups have 3 sessions on the track

- 12:00-14:00 Lunch/Onsen (optional)

• Attire: Please wear long sleeves, trousers and sports shoes
• Safety: Gloves and helmet are required (rental available from 5500 yen)
• Payment: When leaving the club, please pay all personal expenses by credit card.
• Pre-circuit Check: Please be sure to perform a preliminary inspection before the circuit drive (brake oil, brake pads, tires, etc.)
• Purpose: To have fun on the track, experience your car's performance in a safe environment, and make new friends. This is not a race, so please drive safely and make safety your number one priority.
• Accident: In case of an accident, the customer is fully responsible for all damages caused to their car and the race circuit (regular car insurance cannot be used on the circuit).
